1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and placing orders through our integrated communication channels (such as WhatsApp), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our delivery and privacy guidelines.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability details listed on the website are accurate. However, minor variations in cake designs, colors, or presentation may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your WhatsApp order placement will be honored for that specific transaction.

3. Orders & WhatsApp Communication

• Order Process: Our website functions as a digital catalog. When you click "Order Now" or select a product to purchase, you will be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message detailing your selected items.
• Order Confirmation: An order is only officially confirmed once our team reviews your WhatsApp message, confirms availability, and sends a final confirmation back to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. 3-Hour Express Delivery & Exceptions

We take pride in offering an Express 3-Hour Delivery service for fresh cakes, pastries, and snacks. However, this service is subject to specific terms and exceptions:

• Minimum Order Value (MOV): Express delivery and standard local delivery may require a minimum order value. Orders that fall below the required threshold may be subject to additional delivery fees or may not be eligible for express fulfillment.
• Delivery Radius: Express delivery is typically limited to a specific geographic radius (e.g., within 10 km of our physical store location).
• Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or refuse express delivery in cases of adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, operational constraints, stock unavailability, or if the delivery address falls outside our service zone. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly via WhatsApp.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Custom & Celebration Cakes: Because our items are perishable and baked fresh daily, changes or cancellations to custom or bulk orders must be requested well in advance. Once baking or preparation has commenced, cancellations or refunds may not be permitted.
• Standard Orders: If you need to modify or cancel a standard order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. Acceptance of cancellations depends on the current preparation status of your items.

6. Limitation of Liability

Surya Cakes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delayed deliveries caused by external factors (such as road blockages or inaccurate address details provided by the customer), or allergic reactions to ingredients used in our bakery products. Customers with specific dietary restrictions or food allergies are advised to inquire about ingredients prior to ordering.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana.
